We have a variety of rooms to fit your needs. Each of our large well-appointed guest rooms has incredible views of either the beautiful Atlantic Ocean or the serene Marsh which you can enjoy from a private balcony. As a Boutique Hotel, all of our rooms are unique, we keep them consistently updated and furnished in their own different styles. We are confident that you will love your stay with us, no matter which room you choose.

Amenities: All of our rooms have a flat screen TV (suites have a TV in both the separate bedroom and the living area), heating & air conditioning, free WIFI, full private bathroom and a kitchenette with a granite counter-top, kitchen sink, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and KEURIG coffee maker. We supply coffee K-cups as well as cream and sugar.

Our onsite laundry room offers 2 coin operated washers & dryers as well as ironing boards and irons.

Our entire facility, including the balconies, is NON-SMOKING and, as much as we love animals, we do not allow pets in any of our rooms. Service animals welcome.

Parking: Each room comes with one off-street parking space for the duration of your stay.

Our ocean view studios have either one Queen Bed & sleep sofa, one King Bed & sleep sofa or two Queen Beds. Our one-bedroom marsh view suites feature a separate bedroom with two Queen Beds or one King Bed and a living area with a sleep sofa.

All rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest is charged as follows: Adults and children aged 12 and up: $30 per person per night. Up to 2 children aged 11 & under stay free, additional children 11 and under: $20 per child per night. Rates shown do not include NH Rooms & Meals tax.
